HOW TO SUPPORT THE FESTIVAL

Because Punx in the Woods is completely non-commericial and volunteer-run, we’re always looking for people who can help make our events as fantastic as possible. Volunteering for the festival or donating supplies are just two ways you can help us. You can sign-up to be a Punx in the Woods volunteer at a planning meeting or the festival itself, as well as make monetary donations here or at a fundraiser show. Let us know if your band would like to put on a fundraiser show in a Northwest city by contacting our Facebook page!


We ALWAYS Need Volunteers for the Welcome Tent!

Hospitality goes from 10am-10pm, morning and afternoon shifts. Duties include: direct campers where they can park, post tents, and show bands where to load-in. You will also be responsible for collecting donations and handing out complimentary PITW merch to donors. Hand out event pamphlet with map and general rules on the grounds. First line of contact for any first aid or medical emergencies.

If you are interested in signing up for volunteer time, please contact PITW Discord group (link below), or just show up and hang with the welcome tent crew! If it your first year, we ask that you signup for hospitality/welcome tent only and enjoy the festival to see what it is all about before you take on a bigger role! Thanks for all you do to make it come together every year.

 

COMMUNITY KITCHEN SUSPENDED INDEFINTELY DUE TO COVID AND BEAR SAFETY. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CAMP MEALS and KEEP A CLEAN CAMP DUE TO HIGH TRAFFIC OF BEARS. LOTS OF SANITIZER. SOME SUPPLIES WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE.
